Dear Prospective Clark Atlanta Band Students:
It gives me great pleasure to
invite you to become a member of the Clark Atlanta University
family and the distinguished CAU Band Program. Ours is a very
exciting school, and the Band Program is a very important
part of our campus culture and life. As a band student, you
will experience the professionalism and excitement of the
Mighty Marching Panthers. This marching band is known far
and wide for excellence on the Football field. You will also
experience the Symphonic Band and the Basketball Pep Band.
Our Instrumental Music Program also includes the CAU Jazz
Orchestra, directed by Mr. James Patterson. Each of these
bands is constantly striving to maintain the highest standards
of musicianship. Clark Atlanta University has "One Exceptional
University" band program!
