Admission to Clark Atlanta University is based solely on the academic qualifications of the applicant. Admission decisions are made without regard to race, religion, financial status, or other considerations irrelevant to scholastic aptitude.

To apply for admission, you must have graduated from an accredited high school or received the High School General Equivalency Diploma (GED). Your high school record, SAT or ACT scores, and letters of recommendation will be considered during the admission process.

Your Band Directors' Recommendation, 6 Major Scales and Arpeggios (Quarter Note=60) 2 Minor Scales and Arpeggios (Quarter Note=60), One prepared piece-no more than 32 measures, Sight reading (4/4, cut and 6/8 times)

Percussion

Your Band Directors' Recommendation, 12 American Drum Rudiments (Open, Closed, Open), One prepared piece, no more than 32 measures, Sight Reading (4/4, cut and 6/8 times)
